Overview
We invite you to join us for a comprehensive 16-week training block designed specifically for the Buffalo Marathon Weekend. This event features a variety of race options, including a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Full Marathon, scheduled for May 23-24. The Medved Endurance Project will focus its training efforts on preparing participants for these races.
Training Schedule
The training program meets twice weekly, providing structured support and guidance:
- Tuesday: 6:00 PM, various locations
- Saturday: 8:00 AM, various locations
- 16 Week Program: February 2 – May 24
- Cost: $160
Program Features
This 16-week program offers several key components to help runners reach their goals:
- Race-Specific Training Plan: Tailored workouts designed for each race distance offered on Buffalo Marathon Weekend.
- Coached Workouts and Guided Long Runs: Ambassador-led sessions to build endurance and improve performance.
- Recovery Week Clinics: Informative clinics focused on race preparation and training strategies during recovery weeks.
