The Pace Project Training Series
Purposeful running workouts guided by Certified Running Coach and Physical Therapist Carly Graham Brady of On Track Physical Therapy! Give your training a new direction with weekly workouts and a group session available to all ability levels. With each person having goals that may be different, we can find the right number of reps and pace that will help build for your training.
Those who purchase the MONTHLY training will get a weekly email explaining the workout and any modifications if needed. We will plan to meet up on Wednesday evenings to leave at 5:45 PM from Rochester Running Company! If there is extreme or inclement weather, the weekly email will indicate if we are meeting up or not.
With Carly also being a Physical Therapist and owner at On Track Physical Therapy, she can be there to help with injury questions, tips, or when to seek further care.
Just getting back into running and looking for some people to run with or guidance on walk/run intervals? We can help with that too!! Every workout can be adjusted to what you are training for!!!
Looking to find a new training partner? Start running again? Have accountability and purpose with running? Or to set that new PR? All goals and competitiveness are welcome! Can't make the weekly workouts? If you get the monthly package you will still receive the training to do on your own to get your moneys worth!

Pricing:
$45 for the MONTHLY Training (includes a weekly email with the workout, purpose of the workout, modifications if needed, and other tips!)
$18 for a drop in workout
