Participants should be comfortable hiking The M Trail at a relaxed pace, taking breaks as needed on the switchbacks. The focus is on building endurance, becoming familiar with trail terrain, and enjoying the outdoors. Expect a mix of hiking and very light jogging on easier stretches.
