There is no time limit, but you must start the race when the race starts. For safety If you late to the start you will not be able to start.
Open ear headphone such as Shokz can be used. If your ears are covered you can not hear race staff, volunteers and emergency vechicles.
If the race is sold out there is no race day registration
Registration comes with entry into the park
All registered participants will get a medal and shirt.
There are restrooms located in the park. There will be no restrooms located on the course.
You must leave all personal items in your car. There will not be a place to check-in your gear.
There will be a water station on the course that you pass 2 times. You can run with your own water if you like.
The main home page of the website will have details as to the time and location of packet pickup. Packet Pickup will be offered at on race day at race site.
Yes, you can have family & Friends pickup your race packet. Please be sure you communicate this to them.
Parking is available in the park. Park staff will guid you.
Dogs are not allowed to participate in the race. This is for safety reasons.
Top 3 Overall Male & Female receive awards as well as top 3 in each age group.
