What: A yoga class on the Solera deck for Father’s Day that finishes with a beer or other NA drink.
When: Sunday Jun 18, 2023 at 10:30 AM for 1 hour
Where: Bull City Solera and Taproom 4120 University Drive, Durham, NC 27707 on the deck
Who: Everyone is welcome, even first timers and especially dads (treat Dad, or you and Dad) to a relaxing start to Father’s Day. Kids 10+ welcome.
Cost: $11 per person, includes the beer or NA drink
Instructor: William Stephenson - William has been practicing LMBT and E-RYT here in the Triangle for over a decade. With fellow allies at Apex Retreat he is accredited by NCBTMT and teaches Continuing Education for bodywork and massage therapists.
All are welcome in class as William is a proud parent and has often taught children over the years.
Spots are limited on the deck. Sign up now to hold your spot of wood. Bring or borrow a yoga mat if you can. Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing for stretching.
