📦 Nurture Support Kits - YMO’s Nurture Support Kits provide comfort and essential care items to kidney patients undergoing dialysis. Each tote includes items like heated blankets, neck pillows, fuzzy socks, lip balm, and inspirational books—thoughtfully curated to bring warmth and encouragement during long treatment sessions. These kits are hand-delivered to dialysis centers throughout San Joaquin County, reminding patients that they are not alone in their journey.

 
🤝 Support Groups - YMO facilitates two quarterly support groups designed to uplift and connect those affected by kidney disease:

Strong Kidney Support Group – For dialysis patients and their families, this group offers emotional support, shared experiences, and access to resources through group discussions and guest speakers.

Solo Kidney Club – For living kidney donors and individuals considering donation, this group celebrates the gift of life, encourages donor education, and offers a safe space for open conversation.
