Welcome to the SHARC, the Most Magical Pavilion West of the Mississippi

SHARC, also known as the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (but no one calls it that because, come on), will be your official launchpad into a week full of memories, muffins, and mild confusion over which cousin belongs to which family tree branch.

Follow the smell of caffeine and generational wisdom. You’ll know you’re close when you start hearing the distinct sound of three aunts talking at once and someone yelling, “Did you bring the nametags this year, Maryt?!”

Coffee, Water, and Muffins, Oh My!

We’re keeping it classy with a continental vibe:

Coffee to awaken your social skills
Water to hydrate your hangover from the altitude of the high desert
Muffins because carbs are family

Pro tip: Grab a muffin early. Uncle Dwight’s been known to “sample” four just to make sure they’re fresh.

Shwag Me the Way

Come pick up your official family reunion shwag-bag, loaded with the gear you pre-ordered and possibly a surprise sticker or two. Finally, you too can rock that matching Fallesen-Lorensen-Purdy-Watt T-shirt that screams “I belong to a powerful lineage of people who put raisins in potato salad.” (WE NEED TO PERSONALIZE THIS TO OUR FAMILY - I COULDN"T THINK OF ANYTHING.

Reconnect Like It's 1999

Remember that second cousin you haven’t seen since they were in braces? They’re taller now and possibly married. This is your chance to awkwardly say, “Wow, you’ve grown!” and pretend you totally remember who they are. (Nametags are strongly encouraged.)

Getting There:

Driving? Park at the SHARC. It’s free and it’s real.
Biking? Even better! Show off your balance and your superior cardiovascular health.

IMPORTANT TIPS:

Hugs are encouraged, but always make eye contact first.
Muffins are not a competitive sport (unless you're ready).
Coffee is self-serve, but spilling it counts as a party foul.
"Who's that?" is a valid question at least 37 times.
