FLPW Reunion Presents: Operation Ice Cream (and Other Shenanigans)
Wednesday, July 16 | 6:00–8:00 PM
Sunriver Village Mall – Meet at Goody’s (Just follow the scent of happiness)
Mission: Ice Cream. Family. Fun. No Host. All Chaos.
Welcome, brave FLPW adventurers and mini sugar-seekers!
This is not a drill. On the evening of July 16, from 6 to 8 pm, the Sunriver Village transforms into your personal playground of nostalgia, sticky fingers, and the pursuit of the perfect waffle cone.
Your first stop (and let's be real, the only reason you're reading this): GOODY’S ICE CREAM – Where dreams are churned and waffle cones whisper your name. Established in 1984, Goody’s is basically a rite of passage for any Sunriver visitor. Expect to wait in a line longer than your last holiday family photo session, but it’s worth it. And hey, while you're inside, check out the “Stuffy Shelf” where beloved stuffed animals go for a waffle-scented spa day. (Seriously. It’s a thing.)
Pro Tip: If you don’t get ice cream all over yourself, are you even doing it right?
Still buzzing from the sugar high? GOOD. Because the fun is just getting started.
Hop aboard the Alpine Express Train
Choo-choo through the Village like the candy-fueled champion you are. It’s the only trackless train in Central Oregon, and it’s cute enough to make even grumpy Uncle Dave smile.
Climb the Rock Wall
Prove your post-ice-cream agility! Great for building strength, confidence, and mild competitiveness between siblings. Bonus points if anyone yells “I am Spider-Man!” at the top.
Power Jump
Ever wanted to defy gravity with the help of bungee cords and questionable decision-making? This is your moment. You jump, it launches you skyward, and Mom screams from the sidelines. Classic.
Hands-On Art Studio
Tame the wild ones with some peaceful crafting—unless glitter is involved, then all bets are off. Walk-ins welcome, talent optional, fun guaranteed.
Mini Golf
18 holes. Countless family feuds. Windmills of doom. This is your chance to go full Happy Gilmore on your siblings. Use responsibly.
Bumper Cars
Because nothing says "family bonding" like politely slamming into Grandma at 5 mph in a neon-colored space donut.
Bounce Houses
For kids only. Unless you're small and sneaky. Let them burn off that gummy bear energy while you relax (or not) nearby.
No-Host Means You're the Boss
That’s right: you’re on your own, but never alone. FLPW friends will be around—just look for the trail of sprinkles and chaos. Come and go as you please, eat all the ice cream you want, and embrace the magic of a summer night in Sunriver.
See you there, party people. And remember: calories don’t count at Goody’s. That’s just science.
