- The vendor space will be a 10x10 designated spot. Two spaces side-by-side are available. Spaces must be reserved in advance.
- There will be no electric service or water service available. Vendors must be self-sustaining. Generators are permitted but must be approved in advance.
- Vendors will be allowed access to load in and set up beginning at 07:00 am on Saturday, 11/21. Setup must be completed no later than 09:30am. All vehicles used for load in must be completely out of the event area by 09:30am on setup and 5:30pm on breakdown – no exceptions.
- Breakdown/load out starts 15 minutes after the conclusion of the event.
