When a child is in the hospital, families face impossible choices — where to stay, how to afford being far from home, how to keep going through treatment.

For more than 45 years, our two Ronald McDonald Houses in Washington DC and Northern Virginia have eased that burden. Families find private rooms, warm meals, transportation, rest and a caring community just steps from the hospital.

We remove the barriers that make medical crises even harder — so parents can stay close to their child, close to the doctors, close to hope.

Both Houses run at or near capacity. The need is constant — and your support keeps families together when it matters most.
