Homeward Bound

This year, we are raising money to re-fill "Annie's Fund".

It is the name we gave to the allotment for extra medical needs for pets at Longmont Humane Society, in honor of Annie, a sweet but tough dog who required a LOT of medical intervention while in our care. From special medication to heavy surgical procedures that we are unable to handle in the shelter, sometimes a pet really needs extra to get them ready for their forever home. As some of you may recall, Annie's Fund was the subject of our appeal during Homeward Bound in 2023 and your generosity has seen so many precious lives saved and improved for the past three full years!

That fund has almost run out, so we are turning to you, our incredible community, to help us fill it again to last another three years or more. Other shelters might give up on a pet with high-level needs, but at Longmont Humane Society, we do everything we can for each individual until they go home.
