Beginner (2.0-2.5): Players in this division are relatively new to the game. They are still developing basic skills such as consistent serves, dinking, and proper court positioning. They may struggle with longer rallies and strategic shot placement.

Intermediate (2.75-3.25): These players have a solid understanding of pickleball rules and fundamentals. They can sustain rallies, use both forehand and backhand shots, and demonstrate improved control and placement. They may still be refining their net play, consistency, and strategic shot selection.

Competitive (3.5+): Players at this level are experienced and skilled in executing different shot types (drop shots, drives, dinks, volleys). They have strong court awareness, can anticipate opponents’ moves, and use effective strategies like stacking and third-shot drops. This level includes advanced club players and those with tournament experience.
