Volunteers may sign up for a half-day or full-day by selecting 2 shifts.

• The designated Volunteer area will be provided with water, snacks, and a light breakfast & lunch.
• Support Propel Forward in making this a fantastic event and enabling us to bring an Airshow back to southern Wisconsin. 
  
  Important details:
• Volunteers may sign up for half-day or full-day by selecting 2 shifts.  
• Mandatory safety briefings:  All volunteers must attend 1 safety meeting or briefed by an Event Manager (if unable to attend)
  • 2 safety meetings/general event info will be held in Janesville Festival Food Community Room
    • Friday, July 12th @ 7PM-8PM
    • Wednesday July 17th @ 7PM-8PM
• 2 secondary safety meetings at 8:15 AM and 12:30 PM during event day.
  
• Please arrive 30 minutes before your shift to park, and receive the training and materials needed.
• Please park in designated Volunteer parking area.  
• Map and important information will be emailed the week of the event and discussed at safety meetings.
• Breaks will be provided as volunteers are available.
• All Volunteers are asked to lend a hand at 5 pm at the end of the event to prepare the event before the ECHO Hangar Dance.
