2024 Polaris Star Awards

The Polaris Star Award Gala is an annual event that brings together individuals, organizations, businesses and activists who are dedicated to combating human trafficking. This prestigious award ceremony  honors and recognizes the outstanding efforts and initiatives made in the fight against modern-day slavery and exploitation.

In 2024, the Polaris Star Awards Gala will be hosted by United Abolitionists Inc. and will be partnering with It is a Penalty, an organization that raises awareness against human trafficking through sports events and campaigns. As part of this collaboration, It’s a Penalty will present a powerful panel during the event, discussing innovative strategies and initiatives to combat human trafficking.

The gala will feature a distinguished lineup of speakers and survivors sharing their inspiring stories of resilience that shed light on the gravity of human trafficking and the importance of collective action. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in thoughtful discussions, connect with like-minded individuals and organizations, and gain valuable knowledge about prevention, recoveries of victims, and rehabilitation efforts.

The Polaris Star Awards Gala also serves as a platform for fundraising to support ongoing programs that combat human trafficking and provide vital resources to survivors. By attending this event, you will contribute to the continued fight against human trafficking and help make a lasting difference in the lives of those affected.

Stay tuned for more updates and details about the January 26th, 2024 event, including the location, ticket information, and additional activities that will take place during the gala. Together, we can create a world free from exploitation and restore dignity to those individuals victimized by this horrific crime.
