The Venetian Fest is not only one of the most attended events in Saugatuck, but it also serves as one of the Rotary Club of Saugatuck-Douglas's major fundraisers.

With an anticipated attendance of 3,000 to 4,000 people for the 2024 festival, the success of the event hinges on the support of our generous sponsors.

The Saugatuck Venetian Festival this year is set for Friday, July 26, and Saturday, July 27. Your support and generosity are crucial to maintaining the high-quality events that both locals and visitors expect. We kindly ask you to consider making a donation to the Rotary Club of Saugatuck-Douglas to offset the costs of various festival activities, including the Friday evening concert featuring Star Farm, the Dinghy Poker Run, the Boat Parade, and the Fireworks display.

Corporate Level ($5,000+) - includes 15 tickets for entry and 15 drink tickets for the Venetian Tent Party, 1 fence sign, banner and social media spotlight, several social media mentions, event website placement and newspaper mention. Early entry to Friday evening event as well as a dedicated Sponsor entry line and beverage line.
Admiral Level ($1,500 - $4,999) - includes 12 tickets for entry and 12 drink tickets for the Venetian Tent Party, 1 fence sign, event website placement and newspaper mention, social media spotlight and several social media mentions. Early entry to Friday evening event as well as a dedicated Sponsor entry line and beverage line.
Captain Level ($500 - $1499) – includes 6 tickets for entry and 6 drink tickets for the Venetian Tent Party, event website placement and newspaper mention, social media spotlight. A dedicated sponsor line for entry and beverages.
To ensure inclusion in printed marketing materials, webpage and social media, your sponsorship payment must be received no later than June 16, 2024.
