Saturday Adult Shield Wall Class - Misfits of Fortune, Lesson Field ($20.00)

Learn the skills needed to survive in battle.

Adult Shield Wall Class- Fight in a Viking Shield Wall class will be 45-55 min long. Four times to choose from: 10:30, 1:15, 2:45, 4pm. This will include a safety briefing, historical background, Weapon training, Shield training and Formation training in the Dark ages-Early Medieval Danish Icelandic and Nordic styles of combat. There will be a final a demonstration of all three skills learned in class for onlookers. The final demo will allow for 5-10min for photo ops.

Fight Pit for Adults and Kids, One-Day Pass of Unlimited Sword Fighting, Located at the Sword Conservatory fight ring. For ages 7.

Be it for holmgang or just for the thrill of battle, enter the Fight Pit and challenge one of the resident fighters! Repeat all day! Safety weapons are provided and each match is overseen by a marshal for fairness and safety. Can you best everyone?

Saturday LARP Adventures- King Heron Events ($20.00)

Viking Quest is an immersive adventure that reveals secret plots and stories happening in the world, of The Clan Red Dreki, around you as you attend the festival. You will meet NPC’s, fight with foam swords, and investigate mysteries to uncover concealed secrets.

There is a darkness looming over the realm - rumors swirling of a dark cult plotting to assassinate the Viking Queen Hanna the Red, and any who would stand in the way.

Take up your heroic calling and discover the festival through new eyes as you join in the interactive, immersive Viking Quest. You will follow clues, solve puzzles, and fight monsters to achieve your own goals and save the kingdom.

This is an add-on to your ticket and grants you access to hidden areas, special NPCs, and the adventure of a lifetime. The time slot you select is when your Quest will begin.

Fae Nature Dancing Workshop for Kids, Ages 3+. Join Ginnie Fae in a 30-min enchanting dance class, inspired by fairies and nature. Children under 7, bring your parents! Embrace the magic at The Viking Experience 3/23 and 3/24 there will be a workshop each day.

Sunday Kids Sword Training Class ($15.00)

Kids Sword Training Class- 12pm Lesson Field, Ages 7 - 17, 1 hour long, by The Sword Conservatory.

Keep the kids productively busy. No experience needed! Learn the basics of the single-handed sword including stance, attacks, guards and some historical maneuvers to get you an edge in combat! Safety weapons will be provided.

Sunday Fairy Experience ($20.00)

1:30pm - Classroom Tent

The Fairy Experience is sure to be a hit for your fae-loving little one! Participants will learn about the lore behind fairy doors while listening to the book "Through the Fairy Door". Afterwards they will take part in designing their own one-of-a-kind fairy door. All while having a tea party! The experience will conclude with each participant receiving their own pair of wings in a special winging ceremony. Fairy tea party includes a rice Krispy treat and juice.

The guards have just passed by, and now is your chance to sneak into the Queen's secret chamber. This closely guarded dungeon is filled with tricks to keep her treasure safe, and you have just thirty minutes to find her hoard and make your escape.
