Outdoor Vendor Midway Registration - 80' x 30'

Purchase an 80’ x 30’ Vendor Midway position to display on Friday, August 2 through Sunday, August 4, 2024.

  • Your vendor position is outside on the Vendor Midway.
  • You will receive three complementary All-Jeep Parade registrations.
  • You will be required to produce a product gift card valued at $375. (Mail to Toledo Jeep® Fest, 4635 West Alexis Road, Toledo, Ohio, 43623 or email to info@toledojeepfest.com).
  • Vendor applications are subject to approval and should be related to the Jeep brand and lifestyle. Space is limited and priority will be given to returning vendors and automotive product manufacturers and retailers.
  • Food Vendors do not register here. Food Vendors are selected separately by the Toledo Jeep® Fest planning committee. Please share your information with info@toledojeepfest.com to be considered for Toledo Jeep® Fest 2024 as well as our many hype bashes throughout the year. We will need the name of your food truck, contact info, and a brief description of your offerings.

All-Jeep® Parade, Park-N-Shine & Indoor Exhibit Registration

All-Jeep® Parade

You can only purchase one ticket per transaction. 

Participants in the parade will stage at a lot close to downtown during the morning hours, drive in the parade, and finally be parked (at no extra cost) in the 20-block downtown event footprint for the afternoon (TJF staff direct this parking effort from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.). Once parade Jeeps are parked (in free, centrally located spaces), participants are encouraged to circulate and experience the Vendor Midway, live music, food trucks and more. 

You need only buy one ticket per Jeep® (not per person). You may have as many people or animals as will safely fit in your Jeep. Each All-Jeep® Parade ticket comes with a swag bag and an exclusive participant T-shirt. You may select a size during registration. Additional exclusive participant T-shirts are for sale during your one-time check-out only, so don't miss your chance to purchase. These T-shirts will not be available to the general public, ONLY official TJF participants.

Park-N-Shine

You can only purchase one ticket per transaction. 

TJF's Outdoor Park-N-Shine area is a special two-block designated area where 100+ participating Jeeps will be parked in the early morning on Saturday, August 3. (TJF staff direct this parking effort from 7:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.). Once parade Jeeps are parked (in free, centrally located spaces), participants are encouraged to circulate and experience the Vendor Midway, live music, food trucks and more.

Indoor Exhibit

You can only purchase one ticket per transaction. 

All selected Jeeps will be secured inside the Glass City Convention Center exhibit hall from Friday, August 2 until noon on Sunday, August 4 for public display. Your Jeep® should have one quarter tank of gas or less and the battery will be disconnected during the show. 

Once your Jeep® is parked in the Indoor Exhibit, it cannot exit to take part in the All-Jeep® Parade. Jeeps cannot participate in both activities, and therefore drivers must pick only one of these popular options.

Your Indoor Exhibit ticket comes with a swag bag and an exclusive participant T-shirt. You may select a size during registration. Additional exclusive participant T-shirts are for sale during your one-time check out only, so don't miss your chance to purchase.
