Participants in the parade will stage at a lot close to downtown during the morning hours, drive in the parade, and finally be parked in the 20-block downtown event footprint (or at their vendor or sponsor position) for the afternoon (TJF staff direct this parking effort from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.).
