Purchase an 80’ x 30’ Vendor Midway position to display on Friday, August 7 through Sunday, August 9, 2026.

• Your vendor position is outside on the Vendor Midway.
• You will receive three complementary All-Jeep Parade registrations.
• You will be required to produce a product gift card valued at $375. (Mail to Toledo Jeep Fest, 4635 West Alexis Road, Toledo, Ohio, 43623 or email to info@toledojeepfest.com).
• You must be open for vending from 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 7 until Noon on Sunday, Aug. 9. No Early Breakdowns! You will receive a detailed vendor contract this year - consistent with other Jeep events around the country - with vendor guidelines.
• Vendor applications are subject to approval and should be related to the Jeep brand and lifestyle. Space is limited and priority will be given to returning vendors and automotive product manufacturers and retailers.
• Does your company have a license or agreement to use the Jeep name/trademark (‘JEEP’ / [Seven-Slot Logo])? Toledo Jeep Fest tries hard to make sure that all vendors – if displaying the Jeep name – do comply. When you secure a license or agreement to use the Jeep name/trademark, we’ll be excited to have you as a vendor!
