    Welcome participants, help check them in on the provided ipads, and hand them their participation gift. Must be comfortable using an ipad (instruction will be given).

    Time:

    • 9:30am - 11:30am (boxed lunch included)
    • 4:00pm - 5:30pm (Dinner included)

    Golf Hole Games

    $0

    1-3 volunteers will be placed at each "game hole". You will explain the game when a foursome arrives at your hole and keep track of winners. Instructions will be provided. 

     

    Time: 11:00am - 5:00pm (may end sooner once the last foursome passes your hole) (boxed lunch and dinner included)

    Raffle Ticket Sales And Assistance

    Limited Quantity:

    Assist with selling raffle tickets, answering questions on silent auction and raffle prizes, keeping items looking presentable, help assist winners with their prizes, etc. Must be comfortable handling money. 

     

    Time:

    • 9:30am - 11:30am (boxed lunch included)
    • 4:00pm - 6:30pm (Dinner included)
