Unwind and move with intention during Yoga on the Terrace, a one-hour outdoor yoga session led by Allison Wolters, set against sweeping views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Practice on the terrace in the open air, with the option to move under covered outdoor space or indoors if weather requires.
About Allison Wolters
Allison Wolters is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Yoga Teacher based in Landrum, South Carolina. Through her counseling practice, Allison Wolters Counseling, she works with teens and young adults using nature-based and somatic approaches that help people reconnect with their bodies, regulate stress, and find greater balance.
Her yoga classes are approachable and grounding, focusing on breath, gentle movement, and creating space to slow down and reconnect with the present moment.
Post Class Drinks
After class, guests are invited to purchase a glass of wine and create community, or sit quietly and reflect. The Red Horse Inn Wine Bar will remain open for one hour after yoga, offering wine and beer available for purchase—perfect for unwinding and taking in the mountain views.
