General Admission (NO SEATING):

We want to ensure you have a comfortable experience at the event. Please note that the gate entrance to the venue is just under a quarter of a mile from the drop off location. If you require mobility assistance under the Americans with Disabilities Act, we encourage you to take advantage of the free ADA shuttle service from the South Capitol Railway Station. This shuttle will drop you off just a short distance—approximately 100 feet—from the general admission area.

To utilize the shuttle, please remember to present your Zozobra ticket upon boarding. All bags must be left in your vehicle at the South Capitol Station. If you require a personal care attendant, we kindly remind you of a limit of one individual. They will also require a ticket and must present it upon boarding. All passengers must undergo a search for prohibited items before boarding the shuttles.The ADA shuttle will operate from 5 PM to 8:15 PM and will provide return services from the drop-off location 10 to 15 minutes after the end of the show to the South Capitol Station.Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you at the event!

Please note that ADA patrons can leave the ADA viewing area into the ballpark General Admission area, which is a grass-and-dirt field with potential outdoor obstructions for those utilizing a walker or wheelchair. ADA and patrons with mobility challenges who choose to leave the ADA viewing area and enter the General Admission viewing area assume personal liability

If ADA guests and patrons with mobility challenges choose to enter the General Admission area, they are responsible for returning to the drop-off point in time to board the return shuttles at the same location where they were dropped off. Due to pedestrian traffic, the ADA shuttles will not leave until 30 minutes after the event concludes.

View the event in the classic way on the Fort Marcy Ballpark with your family and favorite fellow Zozobra fans. Kids 10 & under are free.

New Mexico Residents receive a $5 discount at check-out.

We encourage you to take advantage of the free ADA shuttle service from the South Capitol Railway Station (map here). This shuttle will drop you off approximately 200 feet from the general admission area.

Drum-roll, please! Chair seating in the venue and valet door-to-door service! The “Z”-Zone invites 192 people to enjoy valet pick-up and drop-off at the venue, seating on a raised platform with free snacks, and smokin’ views!

Once you have made your purchase, you will receive details about your valet transportation.

“Z”-ZONE guests will be picked up at 7 p.m. for valet transportation to the venue from a convenient downtown location that will be identified in the after-purchase email you receive regarding valet transportation. You will go through a security check prior to boarding the bus and we encourage you to travel light. Please visit this link burnzozobra.com/rules to see a complete list of allowed and non-allowed items. Please keep in mind that there is only one valet departure to the venue.

Access to this parking lot may not be possible after 6:45 p.m. Buses leave promptly at 7 p.m. and we recommend arriving at the dedicated parking area no later than 6:30 p.m. to ensure adequate time to park, go through security and board the coach.

The Burning of Zozobra is a Standing-to-View experience and kids accompanied by a parent must purchase a ticket; kids are free in General Admission ONLY.

Imagine being seated above the crowd on the upper level of a two-level raised platform with a panoramic view of the Zozobra pageant including the best view and photo ops of an amazing drone show! Just 70 guests are guaranteed to savor the ease of skipping the lines and enjoying the comfort and exclusivity of this seated viewing area that includes valet motorcoach service. Not only will you bypass the lines to sit in this elevated section, but you’ll also have easy access to our food vendors, the beer garden and private restrooms!  Coupled with the wide scenic viewing area, you’ll have an unsurpassed view of the drone show, the fireworks and 101st Burning of Zozobra .

Your ticket will include a Parking Pass to the Valet Pick Up Parking lot! **PLEASE NOTE THE MOTORCADE DROPS OFF 100ft FROM THE PLATFORM and three tiers of stairs to the raised platform (30 stairs total).
