We take immense pride in serving the freshest Dungeness crab, affectionately known as the "Northwest lobster". Our crabs are harvested just in time for the Festival, ensuring their freshness. They are then housed in saltwater tanks, maintained at the ideal temperature, before being cooked to perfection for the event.
