Pilots Flying In:
We’re excited to welcome you to Pryor Field for Airfest weekend! Please review the following important information before flying in:
- TFR Notice: A Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) will be in effect Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. All arriving aircraft must be on the ground prior to the start of the TFR and remain on the ground until it is lifted.
- Parking: Limited aircraft parking will be available inside the crowd-controlled area. Pilots must be comfortable with their aircraft positioned within this space and out of this area. Aircraft Parking is first come first served. Must be okay with grass parking as pavement parking is limited.
- Airfest Static Ramp: Located across from A2 at airport terminal. Transient parking is across from A3 in front of box hangars. Overflow transient parking will be across from A5.Ground Operations: Line Technicians will be monitoring CTAF and will help guide arriving aircraft to designated parking areas.
- What to Bring: Please bring your own chocks, tie-down ropes, and any other necessary equipment.
- Fuel Discount: Avgas will be available at a special Airfest rate of $5.00/gal.
- Tickets: All pilots and passengers must have an Airfest ticket for entry. Tickets will be checked upon arrival. Does not apply to performers.
