The mission of The Cheese Culture Coalition is to promote equity and inclusion within the cheese and dairy industries by empowering Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities through education and financial grants. BIPOC communities have limited access to the cheese industry as a whole, including education and ways to advance their careers. More education and access through the programs The Cheese Culture Coalition maintains and grows will increase the diversity of the cheese industry by directly improving the lives of people of color through expanded opportunities. 

No other nonprofits currently focus on including BIPOC communities through open-ended funding and education delivered directly to students. This is unique because it gives individuals and students access to programs they otherwise wouldn’t have. To meet this need, the Cheese Culture Coalition relies on financial and volunteer support from our community to keep our programs running.
