The Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society is celebrating its 100th anniversary at its 2022 National Convention held in Birmingham, Alabama. The convention is an opportunity to meet and network with fellow scholars, take in unique programming and guest speakers, participate in philanthropy projects in Birmingham, and network with potential employers in the greater Birmingham area, for those already looking for their first job out of college.

However, not all students will be able to easily finance their travel and lodging in Birmingham for the weekend, plus the registration fee for those that are not the official delegate or chapter advisor at their school. Anticipating that need, and in hopes of bring the most diverse group of students to the convention as possible, Phi Eta Sigma is hoping to fundraise enough money for a travel grant fund, through which students can apply for travel grants to help pay for travel and lodging while in Birmingham for the convention.
