Refund Policy
REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR THIS RACE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Participant to Participant transfers may be allowed per the discretion of the race director up to one week prior to the race, and only within the same race (i.e. -- Jane may transfer her 2026 Autumn Squatch bib to Jack, but cannot transfer it to Scioto Miles Race Series). Transfers may not be initiated between one participant's January race, to another participant's February race.
Please note: a transfer fee may be applicable, and the desired t-shirt size of the recipient may or may not be available based on when the transfer is initiated.
Deferrals may be allowed per the discretion of the race director up to one week prior to the race. Deferrals may only be initiated to the following year's race and are only valid for one year. They may not be deferred further.
Deferrals will not be allowed for the two-race series. NO EXCEPTIONS.
