Refund Policy
REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR THIS RACE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Participant to Participant transfers may be allowed per the discretion of the race director up to one week prior to the race, and only within the same race (i.e. -- Jane may transfer her 2026 Autumn Squatch bib to Jack, but cannot transfer it to Rocks and Roots Winter Trail Series).A transfer fee may be applicable.
Deferrals may be allowed per the discretion of the race director up to one week prior to the race. Deferrals may only be initiated to the following year's race and are only valid for one year. They may not be deferred further.
