Our worry-free policy allows you to register early for the best price with total peace of mind. While processing fees are non-refundable, your entry fees and add-ons are protected as follows:
Through June 30: 100% Refund or FREE Deferral
July 1–31: 70% Refund or FREE Deferral
August 1–31: 50% Refund or $15 Deferral Fee
Sept 1–Oct 15: No Refund | $25 Deferral Fee
Oct 16–Oct 24: No Refund | $50 Deferral Fee
Note: All deferrals are valid for the 2027 race season. Donations, charity entries, store purchases, and bib-by-mail (after mailing date) are non-refundable. Virtual entries are non-deferrable.
