Packet Pickup
2025 details:
Registrants of all races including the Little Bat Dash will need to check in at a packet pickup prior to their event. We will have multiple opportunities for you to do so:
Halloween Festival's Wellness Fair
When: Saturday, October 18th, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Where: Irvington Presbyterian Church, 55 Johnson Avenue
Early Packet Pickup
When: Friday, October 25th, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Location: Irvington Preparatory Academy, 5751 E University Avenue
Race day packet pickup
When: Saturday, October 26th, 7:30 AM to 9:25 AM (registration closes 15 minutes before the start of each event)
Location: Irving Circle Park, 236 S Audubon Road
