*Events will run Girls then Boys in each Age Division. 

*Open Pits means all athletes have from 9:30AM-10:15AM to complete their jumps or throws at their own pace. This allows them to go over and do their jumps or throws in between running events.

General Rules 

Athletes should know what events they are running and the parents should listen to be aware of when they are occurring. We are NOT responsible for your child missing their race. 
Cheering is great! But no parents on or inside the track. 
No flash photography, bells, or horns. 
False starts result in a recall of runners to restart the race.
Lanes will be assigned to runners, they must stay in them or they could be DQ’d.
No Blocks or Starting Gun, Starting Whistle.
Divisions by Gender and Birth Year. NB Gender will compete in the Boys Division.
