Race Week - Mandatory Packet Pickup

There is NO race morning packet pickup unless you paid in advance to do so!

We will not allow those who did not opt for race-day pickup to obtain their bib without paying beforehand!

When a participant registers online, they can either opt to have their race packet mailed deadline August 25, opt to pick up race morning, or have their packet picked up at one of the dates and times listed below (Free).

Runners must wear the race bib they were assigned to.

Those who opted for packet mailing will receive their items the week of August 25!

Wednesday, September 3: 4:00 pm - 6 pm - Fleet Feet Pepper Pike

Thursday, September 4: 4:00 pm - 6 pm - Fleet Feet Westlake

Saturday, September 6 - 10:00 am - 12:00 pm - Hermes Sports Office

You may pick up race packets for others, but a confirmation email is always handy to have, just in case!

Start Line: Wallace Lake of the Cleveland Metroparks

Half Marathon Runner Start: 8:00 am

6:30 am Shuttle Leaves from Rocky River High School for the 8:00 am Start

Walk Half Marathon Start: 7:00 am

Walkers and 3hr+ runners must park directly at Wallace Lake or be dropped off.

Finish Line: Memorial Fields of the Cleveland Metroparks
Notable Times

Those who opted for race day pickup must pickup at the Start Line between 6:30-7:30 am.

Valley Parkway closes to vehicular traffic from Wallace Lake to Memorial Fields - 7:00 am
-
Bag Check opens at 6:30 am near the Start Line and closes at 7:50 am
-
Shuttle service begins from Memorial Fields to Rocky River High School at 10:00 am
-
Shuttle service begins from Memorial Fields to Wallace Lake - 10:00 am
-
Course Closes - 11:00 AM
-
With a 4-hour time limit for 7 am walkers/runners and a 3-hour time limit for 8 am runners, all participants on the road will be directed onto the all-purpose path at this time.
