RACE READY NUTRITION PLAN ($197)


Get race-day ready with expert support from Amy, The Running Dietitian!

Nutrition services for the Wilmington Historic Race include three masterclass coaching calls covering everything you need to fuel your body through training and race day. You’ll learn how to eat before, during, and after your runs, the basics of carb loading, and how to navigate race week without stress.

Pricing includes:

  1. 3 coaching calls

  2. Handouts for each coaching call

  3. Access to the replay


Sign up for your Race Ready Nutrition Plan when you register for any Historic Race event. Already registered? No problem! Just go into your Run Sign Up Account and click on Manage Registration. You can add it on from there.

PLAN LEVELS

Beginner: Choose this level if you are training to complete this race distance for the first time or you mainly want to focus on easy training.

Intermediate: Choose this level if you have completed the race distance before and you’d like to work on getting faster.

Advanced: Choose this level if you are an experienced racer and you would like to train for your best at the distance.

 

PLAN OPTIONS ($40 each)

5K

Beginner: A Beginner to 5K program that will take you from a run/walk approach to being able to complete a 5K without stopping

Intermediate: This program adds some workouts to the mix with long runs beginning at 5 miles and getting to 8 miles

Advanced: This program has a heavier focus on speed with long runs ranging from 8-12 miles

 

10K

Beginner: This program is designed for runners working toward a 10K after completing a 5K

Intermediate: This program has a quality workout each week with long runs beginning at 8 miles and getting to 12 miles

Advanced: This program has 2 faster days most weeks with long runs beginning at 10 miles and getting to 15 miles

 

Half Marathon

Beginner: This program builds from a long run of 4 miles to 12 miles to get you ready to complete a Half Marathon

Intermediate: This program adds a faster day each week with long runs ranging from 10 to 15 miles

Advanced: This program is built for a fast Half Marathon with multiple quality days each week and long runs of up to 18 miles

 

5K + Half Marathon Challenge

Beginner: This program aims to get you across both finish lines by training to complete long runs up to 15 miles

Intermediate: This program will set you up to run both races for speed with long runs up to 17 miles and a faster workout each week

Advanced: This program is built to set you up to race both the 5K and the Half Marathon with faster workouts and long runs that will be up to 19 miles long
