Can’t Make It on Race Day? Please Read Before Emailing

This is the official transfer policy.
If you email us asking questions covered here, you will be referred back to this policy or the FAQ and asked to follow the required steps.

CaliFlow Runs does not offer refunds. All participants agree to this during registration.

However, you may transfer your entry to any upcoming CaliFlow Runs event.

How to Transfer Your Entry (Please Follow These Steps Exactly)

When you email us, you must include all three items below:

1️⃣ The name you registered under
2️⃣ The name of the race you are currently registered for
3️⃣ The name (not the date) of the event you want to transfer to

⚠️ If any of these three items are missing, your request will be delayed.

Where to Find Your New Event

• Visit CaliFlowRuns.com → Upcoming Races

• Choose the race you want to move into

• Then email us with the required information above

👉 Do NOT ask us which race you should pick — that is entirely up to you.

Important Notes

• If your new event includes a race shirt, you will need to pay the shirt upgrade fee to receive one.

• Transfers must follow the process outlined above — no exceptions.
