Finish Line Setup

Play a key role in keeping runners safe. Volunteers will help direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic at designated points along the course downtown to ensure a smooth and secure race environment. You will also support with the 10K and Kids Fun Run.

Finish Line Exit Security

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Half Marathon Start Line Volunteer

Be part of the race’s electric start! Volunteers will assist with staging runners, answering questions, and ensuring the start area is organized and ready for a smooth send-off.

Race Course Setup and Breakdown

Details

A truck with a trailer or bed is required. Help put out runner on road signs on Saturday, June 6 and pick up post-race behind the final runner on Sunday, June 7.

Location

You will drive along the course on Saturday prior to race to place the signs on along the course in designated areas. You will then pick them up and return them to the Chamber on Sunday after the race.

Half Marathon: Bag Bus Lead High Priority

Details

Assist runners with gear drop by collecting, organizing, and transporting bags from the start to the finish line. This role ensures runners can focus on the race without worrying about their belongings.

You will ride the bag bus to the half marathon start line with the runners and come back down with the bus and help to unload at the finish line.

Location

You will hitch a ride up to the start line with the bag bus and be returned downtown with the bus.
