5K for Pizza: Seaside Heights Volunteer Registration

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 7 more volunteers needed.

Details

Assist on race day (October 24, 2026) by being stationed on the race route to guide runners along the course at key points.
*May be tasked with setting up, waving flags, filling and passing out water cups, and breakdown.

Must check in with Race Staff by 9:00 AM
Dismissal will be approximately 12:30 PM

You will earn free pizza, an event t-shirt, and complimentary entry to any 5K for Pizza in the next 12 months!

Assist on race day (October 24, 2026) and help hand out pizza slices to runners after they complete the course.
*May be tasked with helping bring pizzas from the delivery drop off to the festival, set up and breakdown.

Must check in with Race Staff by 9:00 AM
Dismissal will be approximately 12:30 PM

Check-In Volunteer [Prior Experience Needed] High Priority

Details

Assist on race day (October 24, 2026) with runner check-in , including looking up registrations, distributing race bibs and shirts, and helping keep the check-in process organized and running smoothly. You may also be assigned to the bag check or merchandise table, event setup and other race-morning tasks as needed.

*REQUIREMENTS: Must have volunteered at a previous 5K for Pizza or have prior check-in experience at another 5K, run, or race. We’ll confirm experience and credentials after sign up.

Dismissal will be approximately 12:30 PM

You will earn free pizza, an event t-shirt, and complimentary entry to any 5K for Pizza in the next 12 months!
