The committee meets every month from November until race day planning needs for volunteers and helping recruit volunteers.

If you can't join us on race day (maybe you are running!), there are several jobs you can help out with in the lead up to the big day. Some examples include setting up the expo, handing out race packets, and distributing community notices to businesses and residents.
