Help keep participants safe and on course by directing runners and walkers at key turns and intersections. Course marshals should assist runners with directions, cheer them on, and provide encouragement as they pass. This is a high-energy role perfect for those who want to be in the heart of the race excitement.

Aid Station

Details

Provide water and encouragement to participants along the course. Aid station volunteers help set up the station, hand out drinks, restock supplies, and clean up after the last participant passes. A great option for those who like being part of the action and supporting athletes mid-race.

Finish Line Aid Station

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Welcome participants as they cross the finish line by handing out water, snacks, and finisher medals. Volunteers in this role help keep the finish area organized, replenish supplies, and ensure everyone feels celebrated after their effort.

Packet Pickup

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Assist participants in collecting their race bibs, shirts, and other materials before the race. Volunteers distribute packets, answer basic race questions, and keep the pickup area running smoothly. This role is ideal for friendly, organized individuals who enjoy helping people get race-ready.

Course Signage Setup

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Help prepare the race course by placing mile markers, directional arrows, sponsor signs, and other event signage along the route. This role is great for helpers who don’t mind waking before the race starts (like our flight morning volunteers!)
