This is a 24 Hour Event. A new 5K will start every hour on the hour. Run as a solo runner or run with a team. The object is to see how many 5K's you or your team can run in one day. This format allows people to run further than they ever thought they could. So...How many will you do?

Event Description
THIS IS NOT A 5K!!! THIS IS A 24 HOUR EVENT!
Every hour, on the hour, solo and team runners will line up for a group 5k. Each hour you have the opportunity to run by yourself, with your team mates, or not at all. The goal is for you or your team to run as many 5k's as possible in the 24 hour period.
You can run just one, take breaks between events to cheer on others, or push yourself to see how many 5k’s you can run in a full 24-hour period. There’s no pressure—just a great opportunity to challenge yourself and have fun along the way! There will be music, food, games, camping and plenty of other opportunities for memories here.
So grab your friends, pitch a tent, and prepare for a truly unique race experience. Whether you’re aiming for just one 5k, running with a team to share the load, or pushing your individual limits to complete all 24, this race is designed to be as flexible and social as you want it to be.
When you or your team have finally had enough, you will receive a T-shirt and a custom Flame branded wood plank that proudly displays how many 5k’s You/Your team completed in one day at 5k Fest.

The event is held at the unique 18 acre Kearin Family Farm in Bonney Lake, WA. Some of this course is on the farm and some of it runs on the Fennel Creek Trail adjacent to the property. Terrain is pasture, rocky soil and a decent amount of paved trail.
There is plenty of room for your tent or even your RV so you can settle in for 24 hours of doing hard things with friends.

Q: I am coming in from out of town. Can I camp the night before?
A: Yes! You are welcome to come setup your spot the day before anytime after 3pm

Q: Can I bring my dog or other pet with me?
A: No. Unfortunately my insurance does not allow animals to be brought to this event. (Seriously...please don't bring them. I don't want to be the guy that has to tell you to leave, because that's lame)

Q: Do I have to run them all to stay in it, or can I skip some here and there?
A: You can run as few or as many as you wish. You can skip any number of them in-between as well.

Q: What do I get for my $150?
A: We will have plenty of porta potties, water, electrolytes, lots of food and snacks that will be available for free (please don't count on us for all your food for 24hours though), Each runner who signs up early enough will get a Race T-Shirt, every runner will get a custom wood plank that will be burned/branded on the spot with the number of 5k's you or your team completed, camping, games, music and a guaranteed good time!

Q: I want to sign up at the very last minute, but I still want a shirt. Will I get one?
A: We have to purchase the shirts 2 weeks in advance so we are guessing on the number of participants. We will be overshooting the number we expect to show up, but you will be at the mercy of sizes and qty left on hand.
