Is attending the Annual State Meeting REQUIRED?
The short answer is “NO”. But to become eligible for game assignments, in addition to other requirements, a member must complete one of the following.
1. Attendance credit at the Annual State Meeting, or
2. Attendance credit at a TASO Football Approved Classroom Clinic, or
3. Successful completion of the current year’s On-Line Clinic
What is required to ensure Attendance Credit at the Annual State Meeting?
For Returning Members:
- You must preregister and check-in or register on-siree before Registration closes at 10:30 AM CDT.
- You must attend all the Break-Out Sessions with your badge being scanned, and
- You must attend and have your badge scanned at the conclusion of the 2026 Rule Changes Session.
For New Members:
You must preregister and check-in or register on-siree before Registration closes at 10:30 AM CDT.

What about parking, is it included in the meeting fee?
Parking is FREE at the Embassy Suites Convention Center!
Will the meeting also be live-streamed?
No. This will be a live event only.
Must I attend both Friday and Saturday?
The Friday sessions are only for Chapter Presidents, Secretaries, and Trainers.
Saturday is the day for member training sessions.
an I still attend after the on-line registration deadline has passed?
Yes, on-site meeting registration will be available.
The on-site registration fee is $50.00 and lunch is NOT guaratneed
