Join us for our annual Trail of Terror and Haunted House on Saturday, October 17, 2026 from 6:00–9:00 PM at 1399 Route 22 East, Mountainside, NJ!

Come out for a spooky night of Halloween fun featuring our Trail of Terror, Haunted House, mini-pumpkin painting, and more!

New this year, admission is $5 per person. As the Trail of Terror and Haunted House has grown, so have the costs associated with putting on the event. Your $5 admission helps us cover those expenses while also supporting the Mountainside Rescue Squad's ongoing fundraising for a new ambulance, lifesaving equipment, EMS training, and more. Mini-pumpkin painting is also included with admission.

🎃 Mini-pumpkin painting is included with your $5 admission! Pumpkins are available in limited quantities and are strictly first come, first served. Once they're gone, they're gone! 🎃

Bring your family and friends, enjoy a fun night, and help support your local volunteer Rescue Squad at the same time.

PARKING:

Parking is extremely limited and the borough hall parking lot is closed for the duration of the event.  Parking is available ONLY at the Mountainside Library and the Mountainside Community Pool.  Signs will be placed along the walking path to the event but please be sure to use the pedestrian footbridge to cross Route 22!
