Reva Run 5K

Join us to run or walk this 5K to support a scholarship fundraiser for a deserving high school senior! This is an untimed trail run. Registration/Check-in will take place from 3:30 - 3:45pm with the race starting at 4pm. Admission to Part 2 event included with race registration.

Join us for our Concert in the Field (5K, Music & Adult Beverages) from 4pm - 7pm

  • Reva Run 5K: 4pm (admission to event included with race registration)
  • Adult Egg Hunt (21 & up): 5:30pm (Ticket includes adult egg hunt (21 & up only), live music by Slate River Band, options to purchase beer/cider and food. 5K registration is separate and ticket admission is included in registration cost.)

Festival attendees, vendors, and photographers are permitted under the following guidelines:

  1. The Eggstravaganza (Part 1 & 2) at Alvis Farms takes place on Saturday, April 8 with Part 1 (children and family friendly) starting at 10am to 1pm and Part 2 (music and adult beverages) on Sunday, April 30 lasting from at 4pm to 7pm. No one is allowed on property between event hours or after hours.
  2. ATTENTION - Under Virginia law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
  3. All farm policies must be followed. You must remain in designated open areas. Please do not climb trees/fences, litter, or act in any unsafe manner. Please be respectful and aware of other people and our crops. We are a family farm, appropriate attire must be worn at all times. Stay off all farm equipment including and not limited to tractors, etc. Do not enter neighboring fields. Do not open any gates. Do not climb on fences. Park in designated parking areas only. All attendees must be fully and appropriately clothed (i.e., no nudity, swimsuits, lingerie, etc.). No outside food or drinks, no alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the premises.
  4. No dogs are allowed (Part 1). Dogs allowed (on leashes) for Part 2.
  5. We expect all visitors to be respectful of our farm, our animals and our fields at all times. Anyone not abiding by any portion of this policy will be asked to leave the farm immediately. Our policies are subject to change without notice.
  6. No drone/aerial photography is permitted at any time without permission from management.
  7. There is no smoking, vaping, e-cigarette, or marijuana use allowed on the property.
  8. If you are on our property without permission during non-event hours, you are trespassing. We do prosecute. This is a working family farm and our crops are our livelihood.
  9. All attendees agree to hold harmless Alvis Farms Events and their agents, staff and family from any injury while on the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Alvis Farms Events reserves the right to cancel or postpone this outdoor event due to severe weather. The rain date is April 8 from 10am-1pm. In the event of cancellation, updates will be posted to our website and social media pages. No refunds will be given. If the ticket holder cannot attend the event on April 1, or the rain date of April 8, you may transfer your ticket to someone else or consider your purchase a donation to the Reva Alvis Memorial Scholarship fund. All tickets are nonrefundable.
