A Culinary Experience has been a tradition of Rape Crisis Intervention Service of Carroll County (RCIS), since 2000, raising close to $450,000 since its inception.  During this relaxed, informal, tasting event, patrons are treated to samples from a variety of local restaurants, caterers and bakeries.  The event also features entertainment by Raptor Productions, a silent auction, prize and basket raffles.
