Asado Argentino is a traditional Argentine barbecue that involves grilling various cuts of meat, such as beef, pork, and chicken, over an open fire or grill called a parrilla. It is a social event where friends and family gather to enjoy the food, often accompanied by red wine and side dishes.

This is more than simply a wine dinner. It is an opportunity to experience a true Asado Argentino without having to travel to Buenos Aires. Asados are not only about food and wine; they embody Argentine culture and community spirit, making them a cherished tradition in Argentina and beyond, where guests share stories and enjoy one another's company with amazing food and wine.

6:30pm: Take Seats and Begin Meal

• Meats will be served with a variety of sauces, including Chimichurri Sauce, Salsa Asada, & Charred Corn Salsa
• Creamy Caramel Flan
