2026 ANNUAL MEETING
The TASO Baseball Division will conduct their 2026 Annual Meeting on January 9-11, 2026, at The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport Hotel, 4545 W. John W. Carpenter Freeway, Irving, Texas 75063.
The Alliance Chapter will be the HOST CHAPTER.
TASO Authorized Vendors will be on site.
There is no meeting registration fee, but we will be providing lunch at a cost of $15, plus tax and processing fee. You must make your lunch selection when you register for the meeting.

NEW THIS YEAR
There are very few lunch options in the area that are close enough for you to get back in time, so this year we will serve a box lunch.
There will be three options: Turkey, Black Forest Ham, or Veggie. You will make a selection during the on-line registration, however your selection cannot be guaranteed. Chips, cookie, and a bottle of water are included.
The ONLY way to guarantee your lunch is to pre-register online.
NEW UMPIRE WORSHOP
There will be sessions on both Saturday and Sunday for our NEW UMPIRES.
• Saturday Morning - Separate breakout session only for new umpires that will focus on several aspects of basic training.
• Saturday Afternoon - Join all of our members in the General Session.
• Sunday Morning - A special on-field session.
"STAGE 2" UMPIRE TRAINING
• Saturday Morning - There will be breakout sessions on Saturday focused on umpires entering their second or third year of umpiring.
• Saturday Afternoon - Join all of our members in the General Session.
