Join us for an educational and delicious evening where we'll explore the differences between Old World and New World wines. Led by Stacy Wessel, a certified advanced sommelier and owner of the Race Street Cafe in Philadelphia, this wine-tasting class fundraiser promises to be an unforgettable experience!
We'll provide six tasting flights of exquisite wines, including some of the finest European wines with a rich history and newer wines from the US, Australia, South America, and South Africa. Discover the unique characteristics that make each region's wine distinct while expanding your knowledge of the wine world. To enhance your experience, we will pair the wines with a variety of cheeses and chocolates to show how food affects the flavors of the wine.
The class will be about two hours long, and all proceeds will go toward supporting our schools' performing arts programs through Broadway Bound Players.
