Event Description
The 2026 Bill Gregory Health Care Classic, held in Dalton on April 25, 2026, is quickly approaching!
To finalize your participation as a sponsor, please complete your registration by selecting the appropriate role, providing any required details, and signing the corresponding waiver (as applicable). Each role is designed to ensure we have the right information from the right individuals on your team:
- Sponsor – Company Waiver: This is the organization-level sponsor agreement. It typically does not include questions and may be reviewed or completed by someone in a legal or leadership role within your organization.
- Sponsor Space Coordinator: This individual serves as the coordinator for your sponsor space. They will complete all required event questions and sign the participant waiver to help us prepare your setup and support your team.
- Sponsor Space Participant: These are team members who will be present at your tent or sponsor space on event day. They are required to sign the participant waiver.
Completing this process ensures a smooth check-in, proper event preparation, and a successful experience for your entire team. (Not required for those that have already signed a waiver when registering for a race.)
STEP 1: Required for every company in the Sponsor Space
Sponsor Space Waiver - Sponsors MUST complete this waiver IF you are planning to be in the Sponsor Space at the Event. Sponsors must be Platinum, Gold, or Bronze to qualify.
STEP 2: Required for giveaways, vouchers, etc
Sponsor Space Coordinator - Sponsor Space Coordinators should complete this in order to indicate their requests for the Sponosr Space (i.e. giveaways, tent/van, vouchers, etc). Sponsors must be Platinum, Gold, or Bronze to qualify.
STEP 3: Required for participants (unless registered for the race)
Sponsor Space Participant ONLY - Sponsor Space Participants, manning company/organization's tent. (Not required if registering for a race.)
