Join us for a fun and interactive workshop where students will create their own personalized toolkit filled with helpful items and meaningful reminders to support well-being, reduce stress, and build confidence all school year long.

Everyone deserves to feel confident, supported, and ready for a new school year. The Back-to-School Emotional Toolkit brings students together for an evening of creativity, connection, and encouragement as they create a personalized toolkit filled with calming strategies, positive reminders, and helpful resources they can use throughout the year. Whether you're feeling excited, nervous, or somewhere in between, you'll find a welcoming space to connect with others, express yourself, and build confidence for the year ahead. Come as you are and leave feeling prepared, empowered, and connected.
