Event Description
Join us at Trumer Taproom for a cozy four-course Beer Dinner celebrating Chef Daniel’s elevated take on classic German cuisine. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a beer selection curated by our Brewmaster, Lars Larson, creating a relaxed and flavorful evening of food, beer, and friends.
Course 1:
- Winter Citrus Salad with marinated fennel, candied pecans, avocado, herbs, sheep's milk feta, and creamy herb dressing
- Beer Pairing - Doppelgänger Kölsch
Course 2:
- Potato & Sauerkraut Dumpling with mushroom gravy, breadcrumbs and chives
- Beer Pairing - Keller Pils
Course 3:
- Roasted Delicata Squash stuffed w/ mushroom farro, walnut pesto, citrus spiced cabbage (vegetarian)
- Beer Pairing: Witbier
- OR -
- Braised Pork Shank w/ roasted potatoes, citrus spiced cabbage, pork jus (meat)
- Beer Pairing: Märzen
Course 4:
- Caramelized Apple Cake w/ bock-caramel sauce, vanilla crème anglaise
- Beer Pairing: Oak-Aged Doppelbock
