We do not offer refunds, however, we do allow transfers.  

Yes, if you or a guest is not able to make it, we do allow this until November 15th.  Click on your confrimation email link to your ticket management page and then you can start the transfer.  Here is a link for a reference.  

No tickets must be purchased ahead of time.  The deadline to purchase is November 15th
